Silver Anniversary

This week's challenge at Lasting Memories is another fun one - we're "Mining For Silver"!! We want to see something silver on those layouts this week

I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to make a layout for my parents' 25th anniversary, which they celebrated four years ago.

When they began planning this, they asked me to make the Save a Date and the Invites. I saved some of my supplies. I took the envelope for the invites and used it for this layout. I used May Arts SK01 to create the large bow.

I added some flowers to add dimmension.

The surprise is, when you open the envelope. I took one of their photos and displayed it.

I took tulle, corner punched paper, and placed the photo on top. I added some pearls as photo corners.

To tie it all together, I took vellum and attempted to write in calligraphy. I used May Arts' Lace with Pearl center Ribbon (384-34-09) for a trim on top!

Now head on over to Lasting Memories and show us how you use Silver in your Layouts!!
