Happy 100th Birthday!

An old classmate approached me about making a card for her Aunt to give to a family friend. One of her closest friend's mom is turning 100 and to her and my surprise, it's a pretty tough card to find!

"I was thinking about something with flowers because she loves to be in her garden.  Maybe pink with a heart on the front with flowers in front of that"

I took her idea and interpreted it!

I Washi You a Happy Birthday!

My blog has been on a mini hiatus! Being a mom and working full time leaves me with little time to do something if I choose to sleep, and lately, sleep has been winning over crafting. When a birthday comes rolling along, I get motivated to do cards. My father-in-law's birthday is coming up, so I came up with this fun guy card!

Supplies:
DCWV's The Guy Stack
David Tutera's Birthday Embellisments

To add some extra cards in my "Manly Birthday" category, I made these guys!

These were all quick, simple cards using left over cardstock, "washi" tape from Target's office supply aisle, stamps, and embellishments.
