Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree!

May Arts is feeling the Holiday Spirit! The Ribbonistas are spreading the joy by showing what they can do with Ribbon!

Here is my Christmas Tree!! Working in retail, the holidays are usually a busy time for me. I did manage to make some time to create some Holiday CHEER! :) Surprisingly, this project didn't take much time at all!

-I cut 3 inch pieces of the burlap, folded it in half, and hot glued it all around the floral cone until it was covered.
- I decorated the tree with with wired beads
- I created a lil pom pom topper using the Bowdabra to finish it off!

Holiday Mini Wreath

I love creating decor! It has to be one of the highlights of my crafting! I created this mini wreath for work! It's tiny enough to fit your Christmas tree!!! Please visit the May Arts Blog for more details!

-Shape the floral wire into a circle, the size is up to you. Leave at least an inch on each end of the wire. This would be where we would close up the circle.
-Fold the burlap ribbon in half width wise. Accordion fold the ribbon, approximately  1 inch in size. The length would depend on how big the circle is and how tight or loose you want the burlap to be.
-Weave the wire through the folded ribbon until the entire circle is covered in ribbon.
-Twist the ends of the wire.
-Decorate wreath as you please.
